Characterization and analysis of naturally fractured gas reservoirs based on stimulated reservoir volume and petro-physical parameters

Abstract Fracture is one of the most important geological phenomena that affect production hydrocarbon compounds in broken carbonate reservoirs. However, fracture controlling factors must be combined with well data to achieve accurate modeling. Therefore, structural data, drilling flow diagrams, cores wells and dynamic reservoir have been considered here. Finally, by combining above-mentioned information through statistical mathematical methods, mechanism creation, general trends, dominant patterns are determined. These directly related tectonic regime stresses governing region. For first time, this paper, we divided Zubair gas into 10 zones based on porosity water saturation, shale volume variation. We conclude just four-zone these economic producible. Besides, lithology formation more than limestone a small number thin layers. defined types cross-sectional petro-physical graphs confirmed them graphic diagram prepared at head.
